Studio Policy

Lesson Time

  • Students are expected to arrive on time as scheduled

  • Books in order

  • Nails trimmed

  • Lessons that have started late due to a tardy arrival will be still finished as scheduled, to honor the lesson time of the next student

  • All students are expected to be picked up promptly after their class

Cancellation/ Rescheduling

  • All rescheduling requests or cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance

  • Cancellations on the same day and no-shows are charged in full

  • Cancelled or rescheduled classes need to be made up: Missed classes cannot be deducted from next month’s tuition

  • Students are expected to take all the classes each month and make up the missed ones

  • Classes to be made up do not have an expiration date

  • Deducting classes without making them up is an option only in the summer

  • Prepaid lessons are nonrefundable but transferable to makeups with no expiration

Summer Breaks

  • Summer Breaks are not to exceed 1 month

  • After a break longer than one month, the readmission to the Studio is based solely on placement availability

  • To assure continuity of placement in the Studio, it is advised to double up the classes before a break longer than one month

Payments

  • Payments are due by the first lesson of each month

  • A $20 late fee is added to payments made after the first lesson of the month
